Shop Manager – Tiverton

Part Time – 30 hours per week (worked over 4 days, including alternate Saturdays)
£13.46 per hour

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organised and motivated Shop Manager to lead our friendly charity shop in Tiverton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys retail, loves working with people and wants to be part of a charity that makes a real impact in the local community.

As Shop Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the shop, leading and inspiring our amazing team of volunteers, delivering excellent customer service, creating eye-catching displays and helping maximise income through strong retail performance.

Every purchase made in our charity shops helps support the work of RSPCA Little Valley Animal Shelter, where we care for thousands of neglected, abandoned and unwanted animals each year. The income generated by our shops plays a vital role in helping fund the shelter, which costs more than £1 million a year to operate.
