This is an exciting opportunity to lead NOAH’s charity shop in Letchworth and play an important role in raising vital funds to support people experiencing homelessness, extreme poverty and other disadvantages.

As Shop Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the shop, driving sales, maximising income and creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for customers, donors and volunteers.

You will lead and support the relief store manager and volunteer team, helping to recruit, train and develop people while creating a positive, inclusive and supportive working environment.

You will ensure the shop is well presented, maintain high standards of visual merchandising and oversee the sorting, pricing and rotation of donated stock. You will also work to achieve sales and profit targets, increase Gift Aid donations and build relationships within the local community to encourage donations and support NOAH’s campaigns.
