The Vacancy
Shop Assistant - Watford Pond
- Hours:15 hours per week (part time)
- Working Pattern:2 days per week worked on a rota basis to include alternative Saturdays
- Location:Watford Pond ReValued Outlet, WD17 1AW
- Salary:£24,784.50 per annum (pro rata)

The purpose of this role is to ensure that customers have an enjoyable shopping experience and to engage and lead shop volunteers.
What you'll do:
✅ Effectively and efficiently operating the shop and all its resources in accordance with the guidance and instruction provided by senior management.
✅ Maximising sales and profitability of the shop.
✅ Engaging and motivating the team of shop volunteers.
✅ Providing and inspiring excellence in customer care.
✅ Overseeing the daily running of the shop on the Manager’s days off.
✅ Acting as a Rennie Grove Peace ambassador, actively demonstrating our values and positively promoting the specialist care we provide.
📋 What you will need
- Applications are welcome from candidates who are over 18 after completing full time education at school or college, or an apprenticeship.
- All candidates musthave the right to work in the UK.
- We do notsponsor for this role and due to the minimal hours required for this role, we cannot progress applications for candidates sponsored by another employer.
- A good level of IT literacy is required, including confidence in using Microsoft Office applications, email, and other digital systems relevant to the role.
- If successful a DBS check will be undertaken as part of the onboarding process.
