About us:
The Children’s Society has been helping children and young people in this country for over 140 years. We deliver essential local services that provide safe, trusted support to children and young people during times of significant need.

About the role:

You’ll play a key part helping to cover some of our shops in the absence of the shop manager and lead a volunteer team to deliver excellent customer service, community engagement, and income generation. Days of work will vary dependent on business need and could be any day Monday to Saturday.

  • Retail experience, and a “can do”, positive approach
  • Excellent people skills & customer service
  • Good IT skills
