Services Manager

25 hours per week
£32,000pa – £35,000pa (full time equivalent)
1 year initial contract, continuation depending on funding

We seek a talented professional to manage our services for young people and adults with learning disabilities/autism. The successful applicant will join the charity’s senior management team, contributing to the overall direction of the charity.

Applicants should have direct experience of supporting people with learning disabilities/autism, excellent people management skills, knowledge of care planning, risk assessing and being responsible for managing high-quality services. Essential is the ability to manage conflicting priorities, being flexible and working efficiently in a busy environment.

The charity welcomes applications from people with personal experience of learning disability and autism, including parents and family carers.

Appointment is subject to a DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.
