Are you ready to take charge of an incredible, brand-new space designed to inspire young people? The Dome Youth Zone is set to open in Autumn 2026 and the team need a passionate Senior Youth Worker & Holiday Club Co-ordinator!

You’ll be a key part of the delivery team, right at the heart of the action. Working closely with the Team Managers, you’ll help shape and deliver an exciting, high-quality programme for young people aged 8 to 19 years (up to 25 with SEND). You will also take specific oversight of the Holiday Club offer, ensuring each area is vibrant, engaging and impactful.

Your mission? To help create a fun, dynamic and meaningful experience for every young person who walks through the doors – keeping them at the centre of everything The Dome does. If you’re passionate about giving young people the best experiences and opportunities, this is the role for you!

You’ll need to be adaptable and ready to jump in where needed, supporting the team with the planning and delivery of the Youth Work programme with a particular focus on the Holiday Club Offer. Whether it’s stepping up to take charge or lending a hand behind the scenes, no two days will be the same!

You’ll be a crucial part of this new Youth Zone for Crewe, for up to 250 young people each session and creating a space where they can thrive!
