Senior Therapist
The role of Senior Therapist is to provide counselling and therapeutic services on an individual basis to clients with a range of issues and with complex cases and needs. The Senior Therapist will also support other frontline delivery staff by providing supervision support and constructive feedback for continuous improvement, while also highlighting areas for improvement and training opportunities appropriate for staff alongside line managers. They will also be responsible for supporting trainee therapists with placements across Lancashire. The Senior Therapist will work closely with Team Leads to ensure staff capabilities and performance enable adherence to all terms of our programme contracts.

Salary: £33,926.34 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week
Duration: 12 month, subject to further funding
Location: Pan Lancashire / hybrid
