Full-time, permanent position
Base: Hub in central Norwich with a blend of working at the Hub and working within the community across Norfolk and Waveney.
Starting salary is £38,085.68 per annum, based on 37.5 hours per week.
Convenience and accessibility are central to our therapeutic support. We offer sessions in a range of community venues, including schools, family homes and Family Hub sites across the local area. If accessing one of our venues presents a challenge, please let us know and we will work with you to find a suitable solution that meets your needs.

The Senior Therapeutic Practitioner will provide clinical guidance, alongside some operational oversight, to support the clinical team while also delivering direct therapeutic support to young people and families. The post holder will work closely with the Clinical Team Manager, supporting clinical oversight, case review, and outcome monitoring for the team.
The successful candidate will hold a clinical caseload alongside their leadership and supervisory responsibilities.
