Hours of Work:  1 x 37.5 hours per week and 1 x 18-20 hour positions available, specific hours to be discussed at interview. (Salary will pro rata for part-time contracts). Rota's include a mix of days, evenings, nights and weekends. Sleep in shifts are paid at an additional rate of £108.03 per shift. Project Description

Gwynfa provides 24/7 accommodation-based support alongside floating support in the community delivered by a dedicated team and funded through the Housing Support Grant (HSG). Our services include resettlement assistance, move-on support and initiatives to reduce social isolation.

Purpose of Role

To coordinate and provide residential support that enables and empowers Service Users to address housing and/or personal difficulties; build their skills and confidence; and ultimately improve their ability to maintain their current or future accommodation. The support will promote independence to enable people to improve their control, understanding and involvement in dealing with the issues that affect them, and assist service users to achieve their preferred outcomes.

This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS disclosure.
