You’ll also take on leadership tasks, including planning rotas, supervising team members, assisting with recruitment and induction, and stepping in for the frontline manager when needed.

Training and Support
Some people may need help with personal care, medication, or managing challenging behaviour. You’ll receive full training and ongoing support to feel confident in your role.

Working Hours
Shift-based role including early and late shifts, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-ins. Example shifts: 07:30–15:00 and 14:30–22:00. Rotas are carefully planned to support work-life balance.
