  We’re opening a new 4-bed trauma-informed children’s home in Pleasley – and we are looking for dedicated Senior Support Workers to join the leadership team. At Homes2Inspire, you’ll play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing environment where young lives can thrive.

  The RoleAs a Senior Support Worker, you’ll model emotionally intelligent practice, guide your team through complex situations, and keep safeguarding at the heart of every decision.   You’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading shifts and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Supporting and mentoring Support Workers and Waking Night staff
  • Building strong, trusting relationships with young people
  • Promoting best practice and professional development across the team
  • Organising meaningful activities that promote joy, learning, and growth
  • Maintaining high standards of documentation and safeguarding

  • Minimum 1 years' experience working with children and young people in a residential setting
  • QCF Level 3 Residential Childcare or equivalent (In line with Ofsted requirements)
  • Commitment to working a shift pattern including sleep in duties + overtime
  • Full UK driving licence
  Desirable:
  • Experience in CAMHS or mental health nursing
