Skills, knowledge and experience

  • You might have a degree level qualification and this might be in a Social Care, health care, or related field but we recognise and value experience equally
  • You’ll have experience of audits and inspections in a social care setting
  • You’ll have extensive experience of quality, safety, and clinical risk management
  • You’ll have worked with Local Authorities, and the wider health and social care system, and/or public sector organisations
  • Experience supporting operational colleagues to manage and deliver high quality services and manage identified risks
  • Experience working with CQC where issues have been raised and helping to devise action plans and recommendations to deliver positive for the people we support and share best practice
