20 hours per week Qualifications : Leadership qualities in Social Work, knowledge and experience of homelessness, accommodation projects and voluntary services. NVQ3 working towards NVQ4.Basic Food Hygiene Certificate. Special duties : Unsociable hours of work in accordance with the needs of the Project are required. Oversee the general running of the project, including supervisions & appraisals of project staff. Lone working may be required. Accountable to : Accomodation Coordinator, other senior managers, Trustees and all support groups. Responsible for : The post holder will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the unit and supervision of staff.
