ABOUT THE ROLE This role will be responsible for leading and developing our high-value fundraising with major donors, legacies, trusts/foundations, and corporates, driving sustainable income growth. You will also be lead the Relationships Fundraising Team and be part of the wider strategic development of the team. Collaborate with schools, social care teams, and health providers to support the wellbeing of children and families. Maintain professional standards through supervision, training, and CPD, staying up to date with legislation and best practice. ABOUT YOU Qualified to Level 5 Diploma (minimum Level 4) in Counselling Children and Young People. Registered member of a recognised professional counselling body (e.g. BACP, UKCP, NCPS, PTUK). At least 100 counselling hours with children and 100 hours with adults, ideally including school-based experience.
