As a Senior Recovery Worker, you will work directly with people experiencing mental health challenges, supporting them to live independently, achieve their personal goals, and connect with their communities.

You will work with a consistent caseload of up to 20 adults for up to 12 weeks, while providing line management to Pure’s Neighbourhood Mental Health Team and building strong relationships across the wider service network to support and grow service coverage.

This is a rewarding, community-based senior role combining practical client support, advocacy, and leadership to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
