As a
- Leading and managing insight projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Designing and producing insight products that communicate key ideas clearly and visually.
- Analysing and interpreting data to deliver actionable findings for decision-makers.
- Responding quickly to requests for insight on emerging issues and complex situations.
- Working with colleagues across the organisation to turn evidence into practical solutions.
- Conducting interviews and qualitative research to gather expert perspectives.
- Strong knowledge of research methods, including literature reviews and expert interviews.
- Advanced IT skills, with the ability to create visually engaging outputs using tools like Canva.
- Excellent project management skills to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to synthesise information rapidly from diverse sources.
- Proven skill in delivering clear, concise analysis that informs action in complex situations.
- Exceptional written communication skills for diverse audiences.
