We’re looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to play a strategic leadership role across a portfolio of regional hospitals. In this high-impact position, you’ll lead the delivery of a forward-thinking people agenda that supports organisational performance, workforce transformation, and a positive colleague experience.
Working closely with Hospital Directors and senior leadership teams, you’ll operate at both a strategic and operational level, ensuring consistent HR delivery while responding to the needs of a complex, multi-site healthcare environment. You’ll provide expert guidance, challenge thinking, and drive outcomes aligned with business priorities.
You’ll also play a key role in leading change initiatives and embedding best practice across multiple locations, ensuring alignment with organisational goals while meeting local and regional workforce requirements.
You should have:
Significant experience operating as an HR Business Partner within a complex, multi-site organisation
A strong track record of influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver business outcomes
Demonstrated experience leading and supporting organisational change and transformation programmes
In-depth knowledge of UK employment law, with an understanding of regional differences (including Scotland desirable)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision making
Experience working across both England and Scotland employment frameworks (desirable)
CIPD Level 7 qualification (or equivalent) desirable
Experience managing, coaching, or mentoring HR teams
The ability to balance strategic priorities with operational delivery in a fast-paced environment
A collaborative approach, with a passion for building high-performing teams and improving employee experience
Resilience and adaptability when working in complex and evolving environments
