As a Senior Engagement Worker, you will provide day-to-day line management to the Engagement Worker, including supervision, workload allocation, performance management, and professional development. You will ensure that Engagement Workers deliver high-quality, consistent support by overseeing referral triage, monitoring caseloads, and providing guidance on complex cases, ensuring that individuals’ needs are fully understood and effectively addressed.
