Develop and embed coherent testing and analysis of digital delivery across channels.
Regular review key analytics from our website, propose tests and improvements and help to

Regularly review performance of your own campaigns and report back on insight gleaned.
Update relevant reporting dashboards as agreed.
Monitor and report on specific campaign budgets.
Routinely review and evaluate activity you have delivered and work with the relevant staff
to produce regular de -briefs/reports with tangible learnings and recommendations.

Responsible for the timely and accurate entry of supporter data and information onto
database ( Raiser’s Edge  NXT)  as required.
Run  basic queries and exports of supporter and campaign data.

Adhere to, and champion, all ways of working within the fundraising team including
incorporating a data -led mind -set, a test and learn approach and collaborative working
across the team and wider organisation.
Develop strong working relationships across teams, and especially with communications
and service delivery teams.
Regularly review opportunities for the programme and work with the Director of Fundraising
to scope/test/implement new ideas as relevant.

Person Specification

Essential
•  Experience of d elivering  high -performing  digital marketing  campaigns  across platforms

for direct income generation .

•  Proven ability to write persuasive copy across a range of audiences, channels and

products  that drive action.

•  Previous expertise in optimising website pages and payment/donation pages to boost

engagement and conversions.

•  Demonstrable experience of creating engaging content, and building audiences, across

a range of digital channels.

•  Strong relationship building skills across internal teams and external stakeholders.
•  The ability to interrogate data, glean insight and present findings
•  Ability to support in setting overall strategy and budgets.
•  Highly organised with a strong attention to detail.
•  Commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
•  Strong Microsoft Office skills.
