Location: Bridge HavenPay: £14.72 - £15.22 per hour Hours: 46- Full Time - (Days alternative weekend)

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and mentor Care Support Assistants to deliver exceptional, person-centered care
- Provide hands-on care and build meaningful connections with residents
- Manage the home in the absence of senior leadership
- Support training and development for colleagues
- Ensure high standards of care in line with Avante’s Eden Alternative Philosophy
About You
- We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential)
- Are compassionate, professional, and proactive
- Have confidence to lead by example
- Have a genuine passion for improving residents’ lives
