Job Description and Person Specification
We have a great opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our Children’s Services business support team.
The role is primarily to ensure the provision of high quality business support to the Charity’s Children’s Services Team. The role involves arranging and taking minutes for the Adoption and Fostering Panel and monitoring and following up enquiries from prospective adopters and foster carers. Business Support is provided through the maintenance of records, use of a bespoke database (Charms), use of Microsoft Word packages and working within procedures. The successful candidate will report to the Business Support Team Manager.
Applicants will be able to prioritise tasks, have great attention to detail, be a good written and verbal communicator and have a full range of office and IT skills, including extensive knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel.
