This role will lead a team of Business Support Officers, who act as the backbone to Pure’s IPS Employment service. You will work to implement quality processes to ensure referrals are quickly acted upon and the necessary data is tracked. You will support with the tracking and management of contractual data, working closely with the IPS Team Leaders and Employment Specialists and assisting with internal and external quality audits and fidelity reviews.
