Senior Asset Assistant

Salary: EVH Grade 5 (Points PA13-PA15) £30,250 - £33,6177 per annum

(Pay Award Pending April 2026)

Hours of work: Full-Time

We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our Asset and Maintenance Team and seek a talented individual to assume the role of Senior Asset Assistant. The selected candidate will assist in the delivery of our asset management strategies and help support our aspirational plans for enhancing our stock portfolio.

Working in close collaboration with our Asset Co-ordinator the position will focus on offering assistance for both planned renewal and cyclical maintenance projects and programmes in a fast-paced role, dealing with a range of duties and customers.

Formed in 1975, Milnbank Housing Association has a long and successful track record of supporting local communities in Dennistoun and Haghill.
