John Swire & Sons (H.K.) Limited is the holding company of the publicly-listed conglomerate, Swire Pacific Ltd. Our Finance & Accounts Department is now inviting candidates to apply for the following position:

Senior Administrative Officer

Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee departmental administration such as manage office supplies and equipment, organise team engagement events, etc
  • Provide secretarial support to the General Manager, Finance & Accounts including managing calendar, meetings, appointments and business travel arrangements
  • Ensure the upkeep of sensitive records and documentations with systematic filing and storage, and to work on the enhancement of digital filing arrangements
  • Coordinate the distribution of monthly financial reports to senior management
  • Ensure all processes are in compliance with company and departmental policies and guidelines
  • Work closely with other departments and maintain positive relationship with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support other office management duties as assigned

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in related disciplines with formal secretarial training
  • At least 8 years’ relevant experience
  • A proactive attitude, and to maintain the utmost standards of integrity and confidentiality
  • Good interpersonal and organisational skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a willingness to learn and grow
  • Strong proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
