Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs?
Due to the relocation of a current teacher, Knowle DGE Academy is looking for a dedicated and empathetic Teacher to join our team to work with our primary model classes. Based in the heart of the Knowle community, our academy is more than just a school; it is a specialist environment where we provide a "Discovery, Guidance, and Enjoyment" (DGE) approach to education.
As a SEND Teacher, you will be a vital anchor for pupils. You will work within one of our specialist Primary model departments, supporting pupils with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health), SLCN (Speech, Language, and Communication), and ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder).

About You
We are looking for someone who is resilient, patient, and possesses a genuine "can-do" attitude.
Experience: Previous experience working with young people (specifically KS1/KS2 is highly desirable).
Character: A friendly, courteous manner and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
