Based in the beautiful setting of the Precincts of Canterbury Cathedral and St Augustiness Abbey - a World Heritage Site, The King's School is one of the oldest and most prestigious Schools in the country with an enviable record of academic excellence and achievement.
The School requires a flexible person to undertake a wide range of security and access control duties across the School Estate. The position involves a high degree of interface with academic and support staff, parents, pupils and members of the general public so excellent communication, interpersonal skills and presentation are a pre-requisite.
You will be required to work 22 hours per week, 35 weeks per year. These hours/days will be notified in advance by the Head of Security.
Previous security experience in corporate environments, a current SIA Level 2 Door Supervisor Licence and a full UK driving licence are essential.
