Security External Quality Assurer (EQA)

We are seeking an experienced and quality-driven Security External Quality Assurer (EQA) to join our team and play a vital role in maintaining the quality, compliance, and credibility of SIA‑licence-linked qualifications.

As a Security EQA, you will ensure that BIIAB-approved centres consistently meet the high standards set by BIIAB, OFQUAL and the SIA. Reporting to the Quality Manager (Security), you will conduct rigorous external quality assurance activities, including on-site centre visits, audits, sampling of learner evidence, and producing clear, actionable reports. You will also provide expert guidance to centres, support malpractice investigations, and contribute to continuous improvement and standardisation across the sector.

This is a key role for someone who takes pride in safeguarding public confidence, supporting high-quality training delivery, and championing best practice across the security industry.
