Aspart of our Pre-loved Wetsuit Scheme in Partnership with SUEZ and The Cornwall &Isles of Scilly Good Growth fund we have and exciting newly refurbished shopoffering a larger selection of pre-loved wetsuits. Our aim is to reduce the amountof waste neoprene going to landfill by selling them in our new vibrant andcustomer-focused retail store dedicated to providing exceptional service andquality new and pre-loved products. About UsAbout the roleWe are looking for a dedicated seasonal Retail Assistant to join our team for 2days out of 7 per week during peak season (likely April - September 2026). Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, overseeingdaily retail operations, and ensuring the recruitment, retention andcoordination of volunteers.
