Outreach and Prevention
Our outreach and prevention programmes are reshaping attitudes across the Jewish community, challenging norms around domestic abuse and sexual violence. We are committed to ensuring these issues are the responsibility of the entire community. Violence against women and girls (VAWG) affects us all, and our goal is to empower individuals, schools, youth movements, university students, synagogues and organisations to take ownership of change within their own communities. We believe that healthy relationships education, including domestic abuse and sexual violence awareness, should be an essential part of Jewish community life. We are creating a cultural change in attitudes and behaviours towards healthy relationships and domestic abuse across the community, aspiring to our vision of creating a world without violence against women and girls. We are committed to supporting the community to shape a new generation of young people with the confidence and skills to engage in healthy relationships from the start and throughout their lives. Our work reaches people of all genders, ages, and denominations
