About the Role

LDBS are seeking a School Effectiveness Partner to serve Church schools across the Diocese so that they provide a transformational education in which children and young people thrive.

The postholder will be responsible for providing leadership within LDBS in relation to one area of work. We are particularly keen to hear from candidates with particular skills and experience around rapid school improvement and Ofsted, Early Years and foundational learning, and governance.

The postholder will work closely with the Director of Education and with School Effectiveness and Christian Distinctiveness Partners.
