School & Community Relational Support Coordinator (St Luke’s Church, Cranham)
Kingdom Overflow (at St Luke's Church, Cranham) is seeking an exceptional School & Community Relational Support Coordinator to join our growing team.
This is a unique opportunity to help develop an innovative model of relational wellbeing provision that connects schools, communities, churches and specialist support around young people.
Based primarily within a school setting in the London Borough of Havering, the successful candidate will play a key role in building trusted relationships with young people, developing pathways of support, coordinating community opportunities and helping create environments where young people can access the right support at the right time.
The role combines direct relational work with young people alongside project development, partnership building and community engagement. It is ideally suited to someone with experience in youth work, education, mentoring, wellbeing provision, family support, counselling, community development or related fields.
We are looking for someone who:
• Builds trust and meaningful relationships with young people
• Is passionate about helping young people thrive
• Can work collaboratively with schools, families, volunteers and partner organisations
• Is comfortable balancing direct support with project and partnership development
• Shares our vision of creating sustainable, connected systems of support around young people
Whilst relevant qualifications in areas such as education, youth work, counselling, mental health, social care or related disciplines would be welcomed, we are equally interested in candidates who can demonstrate strong relational capability and relevant experience.
Role Details
Position: School & Community Relational Support Coordinator
Location: London Borough of Havering
Hours: 40 hours per week (term-time contract, including some evenings and weekends)
Salary: £30,840 (academic contract based on £36,300 FTE)
