Salesforce Systems Administrator
Worcester based with a balance of home and office working
£42,310 - £44,524 per year
35 hours per week
We have an opportunity for a Salesforce Systems Administrator to join our Software applications team within our Technology team. Your responsibilities within this role will be to ensure efficient operation and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform, enabling the organisation to leverage data-driven insights and streamline business processes. The Salesforce Administrator will support users, maintain system integrity and implement best practices to maximise the platform's effectiveness in achieving business goals.
The role Salesforce Systems Administrator of will include:
- Configuring Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts to support evolving business needs
- Designing dashboards and reports that provide meaningful insights to the business
- Providing 3rd line support for Salesforce‑related issues and leading the resolution of complex incidents
- Working closely with stakeholders to analyse requirements, resolve system issues, and improve platform performance
- Maintaining clear documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guidance
- Ensuring compliance with data protection, security, and governance standards
- Staying up to date with Salesforce releases and recommending improvements and new functionality
- Identifying and implementing opportunities to improve system efficiency, scalability, and user experience
Skills and experiences:
- Salesforce Administration Certification (ADM 201) or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in Salesforce Administration
- Proven experience using Service Cloud
- Substantial experience of analysing, diagnosing and resolving technical issues
- Experience of managing and deploying Salesforce system changes through Integrated Development Environments (IDE), GIT and code repository tools
- Experience working with 3rd party support organisations
