The Role
Over the past few years, we have invested significantly in strengthening our
systems and digital infrastructure. We now have solid foundations in place, with
Salesforce at the centre of how we manage bookings, relationships and data
across the  charity . We ’re in a good place. But we know we can go much further.
We ’re now looking for someone to take this to the next level. This role is about
moving beyond functional systems to something more connected, streamlined
and intellige nt.  It is about reducing friction, improving how data flows and
creating a better  management of our site and  experience s for both our team
and the schools we work with.  This is a hands -on administrator role with strong

•  Maintain system structure, data integrity,  security,  user roles and permissions
•  Build and refine reports and dashboards to support  leadership  decision -
