Sales and Marketing Coordinator
Worcester
£26,941 - £28,359 per year
35 hours per week – Monday to Friday – 9:00am to 5:00pm
We have an opportunity for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our Coordination team based in Worcester. The team is responsible for the end-to-end data and administration of all the documents for all shared ownership and open market sales. The role of Sales and Marketing Coordinator is to deliver a high quality support service for the Sales and Marketing teams which responds to customer needs and meet the sales needs of the Group Development programme.
The role of Sales and Marketing Coordinator will include:
- Supporting with drafting clear and concise documents to ensure that accurate and timely information is collected, collated, prepared and presented
- Supporting senior management within the Sales and Marketing directorate with the delivery of cost effective services
- Supporting the management and maintenance of relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinating data and conduct research to support the development of sales and marketing related processes
- Utilising current research processes and resources to enable the collation and analysis of performance data and make recommendations based on this analysis to inform business decisions
- Providing data to monitor performance against business objectives and key performance indicators to maintain the delivery of high quality, cost effective sales and marketing services
- Contributing, as appropriate, to special programmes and projects in support of the Group's values and objectives
Skills and experiences:
- Recent experience in undertaking a similar role
- Proven experience of working to deadlines and prioritising work loads
- Working knowledge of Help to Buy regulations, consumer codes and outright sales current practice
- Working knowledge of analysing and diagnosing problems and implementing effective solutions
- Excellent interpersonal and customer care skills
- Good negotiation and presentation skills
- Good organisational and planning skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Word
- Basic Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
- Travel may be required for the role, therefore a full valid driving licence is essential
