SafeSpace Casual Support AssistantRegular and varied hours available (weekdays, evenings, weekends and nights) at all sites – SafeSpace Pendle (Nelson), SafeSpace Rossendale (Rawtenstall) and SafeSpace Hyndburn (Accrington)
SCP 3-4: £25,314 – £25819 *Paid per hour of work, at this FTE rate, plus annual leave allowance

Our service operates in line with the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023, delivering safe, high-quality supported accommodation alongside trauma-informed, person-centred support.

About the Role
We are looking for reliable and compassionate Support Assistants to join our team on a casual basis. This is an ideal opportunity for someone starting a career in supported housing, youth work or social care.
You will support the wider team in delivering day-to-day services, helping to maintain a safe, welcoming environment and assisting young people with practical tasks and routines.

About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Support Workers to join our SafeSpace team, there are roles available at SafeSpace Pendle in Nelson and SafeSpace Hyndburn in Accrington. You will work directly with young people in a supported accommodation setting, providing practical and emotional support to help them develop the skills needed for independent living.
You will play a key role in creating a safe, supportive environment while ensuring the service meets Ofsted standards, safeguarding responsibilities and regulatory requirements.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Project Manager to lead our 11 unit supported accommodation site in Accrington, SafeSpace Hyndburn.
The role requires strong leadership, safeguarding expertise and a deep understanding of working with vulnerable young people, particularly those with experience of trauma and homelessness.
