Hours: Full-time, permanent contract

Lowry and QuayTickets are seeking a data‑driven, commercially minded Revenue Manager to lead our dynamic pricing and affiliate revenue strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven experience in revenue management – ideally within ticketing, live entertainment, travel, hospitality, or e-commerce – to make a meaningful impact in both commercial performance and charitable mission.
About the role:
You’ll manage and optimise our pricing using the Digonex dynamic pricing platform, ensuring we meet income targets while maintaining accessible pricing for our local communities. Alongside this, you’ll oversee affiliate performance through TradeDoubler and manage key partnerships such as Blue Light Card, Manchester Theatres, and the Our Lowry Members scheme.
Working closely with our Programming team and wider Ticketing and Marketing teams, you will shape pricing strategy, forecast sales, monitor trends, and deliver insightful reporting that directly influences organisational decision‑making.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing dynamic pricing via Digonex to optimise sales and yield
- Monitoring demand trends and adjusting pricing across venues and events
- Leading and developing affiliate revenue channels including TradeDoubler
- Managing direct affiliate relationships (Blue Light Card, Manchester Theatres, Our Lowry Members etc.)
- Providing pricing insight, forecasting, and performance reports
- Supporting our mission to balance commercial success with audience accessibility
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a proven track record in revenue, pricing, or yield management
- Is confident working with data and analytical tools
- Ideally has experience with affiliate networks and/or dynamic pricing platforms
- Has excellent communication skills and can work collaboratively with senior stakeholders
- Is excited by the challenge of blending revenue optimisation with charitable objectives
