Retail Supervisor – Scottish Dolphin Centre

Are you passionate about retail and conservation? We have an exciting opportunity working alongside the Trading Manager responsible for WDC’s retail operations (gift shop and online) at the Scottish Dolphin Centre, one of Moray’s busiest visitor attractions!

Role Highlights:

• Retail Management: Oversee daily operations and ensure excellent customer service in person and online
• Product Development: Collaborate to develop and source new products, that align with WDC aims, maintain and develop existing and new supplier relationships
• Content Creation: Create engaging content for newsletters, magazines and social media
• Financial Reporting: Provide monthly financial reports.

Occasional UK travel required to trade fairs and WDC’s head office in Chippenham.

Salary: £26,937 Working hours: 35 hrs per week including 1 in every 3rd weekend.
