Retail & Online Sales Assistant

Salary: ££25,877 per annum full time (37 hours per week). This will be pro-rated if part time hours (15 hours per week) agreed.

Location: This post will be based at Flagship Shop Children North East Est 1891, 42 Bridge Street Morpeth, NE61 1NL.

Contract Type: This is a permanent role. 37 hours (full time) or 30 hours (part time).

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Retail Sales Assistant to join the team in our flagship boutique in Morpeth, Northumberland.

This is a dual-aspect role. You’ll spend part of your time working with staff and volunteers to sort out donations and provide a brilliant in-store experience for customers and donors. The rest of the time, you’ll be supporting our Retail Manager in building our online sales through platforms like eBay and Vinted. You’ll spot the items with online potential, style them, photograph them, create eye-catching listings and help turn donations into vital income for our charity.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves retail but wants something a little different. You will have the chance to shape our online shop, bring your own ideas, and make a real impact while helping support the work of our charity.
