Your new opportunity
We’re looking for a results-driven individual to join our friendly People Team and play a key role in delivering our recruitment and resourcing goals. You’ll support bespoke recruitment events and help attract people who share our values.
As a Resourcing Lead, you’ll:
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to ensure Quarriers is an employer of choice.
- Independently manage and take ownership of all recruitment and resourcing activities within an allocated area.
- Deliver a first-class service to hiring managers and create a positive experience for candidates.
Working Pattern
- Full-time, 35 hours per week.
- Agile working policy blending home-working, office time, and service visits.
- Typically, Monday–Friday, with flexibility to support recruitment events as needed.
What you’ll bring
- Previous experience in recruitment/resourcing (essential).
- A proactive, team-focused approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter and self-motivated, solution-focused, an eye for detail.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- CIPD membership (desirable).
