Location: Fife (community‑based role with regular travel across Fife and some office‑based working at both Change Mental Health and The Fife Housing Association Alliance locations)
Salary: £25,235 pro-rata per annum, pro rata
Hours: Part time (32 hours)
Contract: Fixed-term (until March 2027)

About the role
Change Mental Health is looking for a committed and compassionate Resilience Outreach Worker to join our team. This role combines work in our established Fife Resilience service with a new and innovative partnership with
.
Kingdom Housing AssociationAs a Resilience Outreach Worker, you’ll provide flexible one-to-one and group support to people affected by mental illness, helping them build emotional, psychological and social resilience.
Through trauma-informed and person-centred practice, you’ll support individuals to:

Identify personal goals and create tailored support plans.

Develop coping strategies and strengthen resilience.

Access community resources that promote recovery and wellbeing.
In partnership with Kingdom Housing Association, you’ll deliver targeted support to KHA tenants, helping them manage tenancy-related challenges, maintain independent living and improve their mental health and wellbeing.
You will work independently and as part of a forward-thinking, collaborative team, shaping the service, identifying gaps in local provision, and co-creating solutions that respond to the evolving needs of the community.
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone who:

Is educated to SVQ 3 level or has equivalent experience in mental health or social care.

Has experience supporting people in a compassionate, non-judgemental way.

Can manage a caseload, plan and review development plans, and deliver both one-to-one and group support.

Brings knowledge of social care interventions, including risk assessments.

Holds a valid driving licence and has access to a vehicle.

Communicates effectively, works well in a team and can also act with initiative and autonomy.
Experience of working in a registered service and meeting Care Inspectorate requirements would be an advantage.
