📅Full-time, PermanentWe’re opening a new 4-bed trauma-informed children’s home in Pleasley – and we are looking for dedicated Residential Support Workers to join our team. At Homes2Inspire, you’ll play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing environment where young lives can thrive. Reporting to Senior Support Workers, you’ll provide consistent care, emotional support, and everyday guidance - helping children build brighter futures.

The RoleAs a Residential Support Worker, you’ll be a key part of a close-knit team supporting children who have experienced trauma - helping to create a safe, stable, and nurturing environment where growth is possible. Your role will be hands-on, emotionally intelligent, and deeply rewarding, requiring empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to reflective practice. What We’re Looking For:Essential:- Willingness to work towards a QCF Level 3 Residential Childcare
- Commitment to working a shift pattern including sleep in duties + overtime
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience in CAMHS or mental health nursing
- 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
