​​Greenways is our residential supported living home, just two minutes away from the centre of Highcliffe and the glorious coastal beach! Our team is growing in which we are looking for a Support Worker to join us.

To be considered for this role  you must hold a Full UK driving licence, however access to your own vehicle is not essential.

The role:

You will have the rewarding opportunity to support four friendly and energetic gentlemen. Many of our residents have shared their lives together from school through to adulthood - a truly special journey that you’ll be proud to be a part of. Our home is a vibrant and engaging environment, full of energy and activity.

No two days are the same in this rewarding role. Our residents enjoy a vibrant and active lifestyle, from bowling competitions and swimming sessions to bike rides, forest picnics, and exciting social events. Recent highlights have included a fantastic night out in Southampton!

As part of our dedicated team, you will support residents with everyday tasks such as meal preparation, shopping, personal care, and medication, while also helping them access life in the community and achieve their personal goals.

At the heart of everything we do is promoting the independence of the person we support, and ensuring we have a relaxed, empathetic and encouraging team working with us helps us achieve this aim.

Hours of work 

Full time - 38 hours
