We are looking for a Resident Graduate Boarding and Sports Assistant to join our vibrant team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to gain invaluable experience in both pastoral care and sports coaching while living and working in a beautiful, supportive environment.
What You'll Do:
Assist with the daily running of the school’s boarding house, providing supervision and support to our pupils.
Support our experienced coaching staff in delivering high-quality sports sessions across a range of activities.
Undertake matronal duties in the boarding house.
Foster an inclusive and nurturing atmosphere, building strong relationships with pupils and encouraging their development both academically and personally.
Be a positive role model, offering guidance and mentorship to pupils in both structured and informal settings.
What We're Looking For:
A recent graduate with a genuine enthusiasm for working with young people.
Experience or interest in sports coaching and an ability to help inspire and motivate students.
Strong communication skills, with a caring and empathetic approach to pastoral care.
A proactive attitude, willing to contribute to the wider life of the school.
