Research Summer Intern
We are looking for a summer intern to join the Research and Evaluation team and help with our work supporting families raising disabled children on a low income.

We are looking for a summer intern to join the Research and Evaluation team for six weeks. The purpose of this role will be to develop and update our knowledge library. The library is a bank of research papers which relate to our work supporting families raising disabled children on a low income. We are looking for an intern to update the library and add new publications aligned to our priority policy areas.
Role responsibilities:
- Attending weekly Research and Evaluation team meetings (remotely)
- Working with wider Family Fund colleagues to identify priority topics to include in the knowledge library
- Identifying and quality-assuring pieces of published research that we can include in the library
- Adding research to the library and tagging it so that colleagues can find insights easily
Required skills:
- Confidence in reading and summarising academic papers
- Understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Happy to work with a remote team to deliver role objectives and responsibilities
- Ability to work independently to identify appropriate resources to include in the library
