About The Role

Working closely with Professor Andrew Kemp (Co-Lead for the psychology workstream), the post-holder will support research on the behavioural and psychological dimensions of biophilic retrofitting and urban climate adaptation. The role will focus on community engagement (e.g., recruitment and ensuring inclusive participation), data collection and analysis (including mixed-methods and repeated-measures designs), and contributing to the write-up of findings for publication and dissemination. Based in the School of Psychology at Swansea University, the post-holder will work within an interdisciplinary team and join the Sustainable Wellbeing Research Group, contributing to impactful research on sustainability, climate adaptation, and wellbeing.

The role holder will be able to pronounce Welsh words, answer the phone in Welsh (good morning/afternoon) and use very basic everyday words and phrases (thank you, please etc.).
