Main Activities/ Responsibilities
- Assist the Voice Team and Education President in supporting the academic representation systemThis link will open in a new tabat Strathclyde, including communications and administrative functions.
- Deliver training to reps from all faculties and across all levels of study.
- Review training materials and collate feedback from reps.
- Provide admin support with maintaining data records including updating the reps database.
- Communicate directly with reps and relevant University staff and assist in handling queries via email and in person.
- Collaborate with team members to improve the support and development of reps including the planning and delivery of training and community building events.
- Support Strath Union Exec Officers with research and insights into relevant academic issues including identification of common themes across departments and faculties.
- Support the Voice team with representation and democracy projects, which may include Student Parliament, Campaigns, Elections.
