We’re recruiting Relief Support Workers to support adults with complex needs in one of our cottages in Quarriers Village. This role offers real flexibility and the chance to make a meaningful impact, supporting people to live safely, independently, and with dignity.

About the Role

As a Relief Support Worker, you’ll provide person-centred care during rota gaps such as annual leave, sickness, and periods of increased demand.

• Encourage independence, inclusion, and meaningful activity
• Promote dignity, safety, and positive outcomes
• Work collaboratively within a supportive team

This role suits someone adaptable, compassionate, and confident working across varied situations.

Working Pattern

This is a relief role with no guaranteed hours, offering maximum flexibility.

• Early and late shifts
• Evenings and weekends
• Sleepovers

Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the service.

What You’ll Bring

• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential due to the village layout and mobility needs)

• Availability to work a range of shifts, sometimes at short notice
