What You'll Be Doing

As a Relief Support Worker, you’ll be right at the heart of what we do—empowering people with learning disabilities to live confident, independent, joyful lives.

Your days may include:

✨ Assisting with daily routines
✨ Building meaningful relationships
✨ Offering emotional support
✨ Championing inclusion & celebrating individuality

Every person you support has their own unique abilities, goals, and personality—and you get to help them shine.

What We’re Looking For

• 🔄 Flexibility to work varied shifts (evenings, weekends & holidays)

• 🚗 A full driving licence (this one’s essential!)

Contract & Shifts

This role is Relief, giving you the freedom to work flexibly around your life.

🕒 Shift patterns:
All services operate 24/7 — and we schedule rotas at least 4 weeks ahead, so you can plan your social life, hobbies, and downtime.

💤 Optional sleep‑ins available (non‑contractual):
You’ll receive an enhanced flat rate of £63.70 per sleep‑in.
