Three active gents in their 30s with learning disabilities and autism, including one who does not use words to communicate. They live together in a shared home and maintain close family connections.

Their Interests Include:

• Active Lifestyles:Gym sessions, swimming, bowling, day trips, and countryside walks
• Musical Hobbies:Drum and guitar lessons (drum kit available in the house)
• Social Activities:Outings in town, nature walks, and day trips

We’re looking for support workers who are calm, organized, punctual, and have a bubbly, positive attitude.

• Empowering Independence:Support them in living their lives how they choose
• Daily Living Support:Assist with personal care, meal preparation, shopping, cooking, cleaning, and laundry
• Consistent Care:Administer medication, maintain routines, and learn their preferred communication methods

• Day: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• Day: 3:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• Long Day: 7:30 AM – 10:30 PM
• Sleep-In: 10:30 PM – 7:30 AM (Paid to sleep – £50 per shift)

1–2 sleep-in shifts per week. Rotas provided in advance for work-life balance.
