Treetops is entering one of the most exciting periods in its history.

With a pioneering new hospice strategy, we’re building a future model of care that’s both effective and financially responsible — enabling more nursing in our community and stronger end‑of‑life support across the UK. To make this happen, we’re investing in our fundraising team.

We’ve increased salaries to attract experienced, ambitious people with the drive and creativity to help us grow — and we’re open to negotiation.

This is about building the team that will power Treetops’ future: fuelling growth, innovation, and a new model of hospice care. With over 600,000 potential supporters across our area, the opportunity is significant.

Are you a friendly and pragmatic person who lives and breathes In Memory and Legacy fundraising? Have you got a firm grip on all the disciplines, and do you understand the importance of building strong relationships? With your skills and the support of our marketing team, have you got the creativity to increase in-memory donations and legacy pledges?

You’ll join a new Head of Fundraising with a strong track record and a supportive, ambitious leadership style — in a workplace that’s fun, friendly, flexible, and full of people who care deeply about what they do.

If you’re an experienced In Memory & Legacy professional looking for impact, opportunity and the chance to help shape the future, we’d love to hear from you.

Applications will be assessed on a rolling basis and if successful, we will contact you for an interview.

Car owner/driver essential.
